About the Role

As we continue to expand our firm, we are seeking to hire a Human Resource and Administrative Supervisor (HR & Admin Supervisor) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role to join our firm. Scope of work

Position
As an HR & Admin Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the human resources and administrative departments. This includes recruiting and hiring new employees, managing employee benefits and compensation, handling employee relations and conflicts, organizing training and seminars, and implementing company policies and procedures. You will also manage the administrative functions of the company, such as office management, facilities management, and budgeting. You will be working directly under the Chief Operating Officer.

Key success factors
The HR & Admin Supervisor must establish and maintain good relationships with the partners and all levels of staff. He/She must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and be seen by all staff as reliable and trustworthy.

The HR & Admin Supervisor must be proactive in fulfilling his/her key responsibilities (as identified in detail below). He/she must have an understanding of best practices and current trends in HR management in Thailand and in the region. His/Her vision must be aligned with the firm’s vision.

Key responsibilities

The HR & Admin Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the human resource and administrative department not limited to:

    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems;
    • Managing the entire recruitment process, which includes the pre-onboarding and onboarding process;
    • Managing employee benefits and compensation;
    • Organizing trainings;
    • Supporting annual company activities such as retreats, annual celebrations, internal town halls, company trips, etc;
    • Becoming the key contact person for administrative matters of the company, such as office management, facilities management, and budgeting;
    • Liaising and communicating with suppliers;
    • Maintaining personnel records and ensure they are kept confidential;
    • Other responsibilities in the areas of HR and administrative functions of the firm; and
    • Other tasks required by Chief Operating Officer.
